Established in 2010, Al Karim Medical Laboratory (KML) has dedicated its resources to provide highest quality services, guided by the needs and requirements of its stakeholders.
We at Al Karim Medical Laboratory are going to meet & exceed the expectations and requirements of our clients by fulfilling the following objectives:
- Operating a Quality Management System to integrate the organization’s procedures, processes and resources;
- Setting Quality objectives and plans in order to implement this Quality Policy;
- Ensuring that all personnel are familiar with the Quality Policy, the Quality manual and all procedures relevant to their work so as to ensure our clients’ satisfaction;
- Ensuring that all equipment related to the testing activities are properly maintained and monitored;
- Committing to the health, safety and welfare of all our staff;
- Ensuring that visitors to the laboratory are treated with respect and due consideration given to their safety while on site;
- Upholding professional values and being committed to good professional practice and conduct.
The policy is achieved through Management and staff commitment to providing high quality test results and excellent professional service to our clients:
- Tests are performed in accordance with stated methods, laboratory policies and procedures, as well as the client’s requirements. Any exceptions that may jeopardize the validity of the test results are immediately and confidentially communicated to the client.
- A Quality Management System is developed; we are committed to the continual effectiveness of the Management System.
